Danie, don't feel guilty. There is nothing you can do to go back and change things. What matters now is what you do to stay healthy and have a healthy pregnancy. The Dr can give you a prescription. I was on prenatals for about a month before I found out I was pregnant. My Dr changed mine when I went in for my first visit.
It sounds like we are having a lot of the same symptoms, fatigue, sore breast, loss of appetite. Make sure that you are getting plenty of rest and eating small meals every 2-3 hours to keep your energy level up. For example, in the morning before work, I usually have some cereal and milk or toast with peanut butter, I snack on fruit or nuts later in the day before and after lunch and for dinner, I will have a vegetable and some chicken...whatever I can put down.
