I've never sterilized anything. Just hot water and soap, and a bottle brush.

I sterilized every thing the first time and then I sterilize eerything once in a while. Between times it just all goes in the dishwasher!

My bottles never lost their shape. I put them in the dishwasher every day.

Thanks I know I am so curious to see how everyone does things being a first time mom, I thought they might melt too!!!

me too,I don't see the point this go around in sterilizing everything.My partner,who has 4 kids (this'll be his 5th),says it's pointless doing it,sterilizing that is.So all we're going to do is wash them with hot soapy water beforehand.

We use the Playtex Nurser system so we just throw the bottle and nipple in the dishwasher.
