anyone have trouble going off Unisom and Vitamin B6?

I had bad morning sickness from week 7 to week 13 or 14.  My doctor told me to take 50 mg. of Vitamin B6 a day and a Unisom tablet at night.  I did this, and it helped alot.  The morning sickness got better after 14 weeks, but I was still gagging with fruits and vegetables, so I stayed on the combo.  Around week 20, I was doing great; I could even eat a salad, so I started to wean myself off the Unisom by going to 1/2 tablet a night and then 1/2 every other day.  MISTAKE!  Now, I am back to where I was by week 14.  I tried to eat a plum and an orange yesterday, and both made me gag and almost vomit.  Do I still have morning sickness this late?  (I don't have any of the queasiness of early morning sickness; I just have trouble eating my fruits and vegetables, which I love when I am not pregnant.)  Is this a reaction to the Unisom?  Has anyone else experienced this?

Maybe the baby just doesn't like plums or oranges! Smile Kidding. Some women do have sickness throughout the whole pregnancy. Could be just that and unrelated to the combo.

Try a blander fruit.  Sometimes citrus can do that to you especially since it is so strong.  Bananas are pretty bland and easy on the stomach.  Just a tip, hope it helps.  Tongue Tied
