Hello Everyone! I'm new to posting so please bear with me! I really need some some advice! I have been off of the pill (Trinessa) since September '07..Been trying to conceive with my DH of one year ever since..I have not seen AF since March 17th! I took two tests yesterday and both were negative! However, I got them both at the Dollar General store for, you guessed it...$1.00 I am having the following symptoms of extreme fatigue, very emotional over the slightest things, constipation, food cravings, and slighty crampy feelings like AF is going to show up but then...nothing! Maybe I should get an ovulation test to make sure I am even ovulating? Maybe I should get a more expensive test?? The package on the test said it tested for .25 of the pregnancy hormone..Maybe I should test again in another week or so? I didn't even tell my DH I was testing because I didn't want to get his hopes up..We want to have a baby of our own together so badly! (He has three children of his own from a previous marriage and I have two from a past relationship..) Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

 well I am not sure if you are testing to early.. You mentioned no AF since 3.17, and your still testing negative.  I would buy another test.  I know the pill and play around with your system.  You can get false negative from a pregnancy test, but you would not get a false positive.

The test could be old, expired and that could be why it's at the dollar store....if you purchase another one and still get a negative, call your gyno.

Thanks for responding Kim..I will (try) and wait another week and then test again..With a test NOT from the Dollar Store! The problem is that before I went on the pill 3 years ago, I was always irregular so maybe that has something to do with it also..
