    Fertility Drugs??

I am a mother of 3. I have only had 2 babies though, my oldest is from my husbands previous relationship. After we had our youngest, (she is 3.5 now) I have had really irregular periods. Sometimes skipping months completely. Finally this last May I started noticing a regular 31-35 day cycle. We did try to get pg in '05 briefly. With no success. We decided to wait. I have been watching carefully every month and my cycle has been consistently 31-35 days.  We are going to try again in May-Sept of 2008. I am wondering if I should just start off with Clomid or if I should just try and see what happens? I just really don't want to  have the kids to far appart.  My 3 yr old will be 4 in April and then I will have an 8 yr old in June and 10 yr old in Aug. I wish it were easier then this. Tongue Tied

I totally understand! I took Clomid in July and now I am pregnant! I have had irregular cycles for a while. I only try during certain times of the year, because I am a school teacher and certain times of the year are better than others! When we decided that we really were ready, I went to the dr and he gave me Clomid. The first month it didn't work. When I took it in July, it worked and here I am!!!

I would call your dr when its closer to time and talk to him/her about it. I was kinda like you, I had certain times of the year that I wanted to try. I didn't want to spend my few months just spinning my wheels!! Good Luck to you!!
