The Good, the Bad, and the Fabulous

Mama Mio Helps You Say Buh-Bye to Your Stretch Marks!

Reviewed by: Angela, mother-to-be

Skin is amazingly elastic. But stretching it to the size of a basketball and expecting it to shrink back can be a stress -- for you and your baby-bearing bod! So it’s no surprise that stretch marks are a common concern for many pregnant women as their bodies change to accommodate their growing babe. While mom-to-be Angela put some skin savers to the test, she kept a watchful eye on her expanding bust and belly.

Angela faithfully applied Mama Mio’s Boob Tube and Tummy Rub Stretch Mark Oil daily. One of the first things she noticed about the products was that they offered some relief for her itchy skin. And while she was slightly apprehensive about using the Tummy Rub Oil, she was pleased with the results. The oil was different from other products she’d tried, because it wasn’t greasy and did not leave any oily residue on her hands or clothing. She also liked its fresh smell. Most importantly the Tummy Rub Oil never dried out her skin and kept it feeling soft all day.

Mama Mio’s Boob Tube was one of Angela’s favorites among the many she has tried. A leave-on moisture mask for the delicate skin in the bust area, it used a blend of Evening Primrose Oil, Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Butter and CoQ10 to help Angela’s bust-line defy gravity. Not only was it smooth, non-greasy and easy to apply, it kept her aching chest feeling soft, yet firm.

Overall Rating: A+

Angela felt that, pregnant or not, these products would work well for anyone trying to prevent stretch marks while keeping their skin feeling soft and moisturized. Mama Mio has a permanent place in her bathroom vanity -- and she isn’t keeping it a secret. Angela says, “I absolutely love these products. Some products I have tried to use in the past to prevent stretch marks during my pregnancy have a bad odor, but these products have such a wonderful fragrance to them.”
